Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Gratulant, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Service Description

Gratulant is a celebration reminder application for iOS that helps you track birthdays, namedays, anniversaries, and other special occasions. The app imports birthday data from your contacts and provides smart notifications to help you never miss important celebrations.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Gratulant for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

Subscriptions and Payments

Gratulant offers a free tier and premium subscription options. For premium features:

• Payment is processed through the Apple App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your device and data
• All activities that occur through your use of the app
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws

Intellectual Property

Gratulant and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Gratulant and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Gratulant is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gratulant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to missed celebrations or lost relationships.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Gratulant at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Gratulant after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
